Mr. Tomson is an associate attorney at Wanzer Edwards P.C. where he focuses his practice on Family Law.

Mr. Tomson attended Central College in Pella, Iowa where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.  Mr. Tomson attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa where he earned a Masters Degree in English Literature.  Mr. Tomson attended Valparaiso University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.  Mr. Tomson was the Publications Editor for the Valparaiso University Law Review.

After law school, Mr. Tomson clerked for Judge Margret Robb on the Court of Appeals of Indiana for two years.  He then practiced for eleven years focusing on Creditor’s Rights and Probate Law including Adoption Law.  Mr. Tomson then worked as a Motions Practice Staff Attorney for the Court of Appeals of Indiana where he reviewed motions filed by attorneys and pro se parties.

Mr. Tomson is licensed to practice law in Indiana, the Southern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit.  Mr. Tomson is an experienced trial attorney who has spent his career representing clients in civil and probate law cases.  Mr. Tomson is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association where he participates in the Lambda Legal Division.

In his free time, Mr. Tomson enjoys playing sports, reading mysteries, and spending time with his partner and their pets.
